Full Support Plans
For mid-sized businesses who want a strategic approach to IT planning and support we have fixed rate and fixed hour plans. These plans work best to keep systems running smoothly on a long term basis by managing all aspects of the IT infrastructure.
Periodic Support
Similar to a full support plan, a contracted support plan designed for the small business who wants to keep things running smoothly however a daily IT presence is not needed. These contracts are typically between 4 and 12 hours a month and can be used a more of a “wellness plan”.
As Needed Support
For businesses who only need occasional help or sole proprietors who usually manage their systems we have hourly rate which can fit into any budget.
